We've known for a long time now that the FDA will NOT budge on CBD as a nutritional food/beverage additive. The real push is to get congress to pass legislation forcing the FDA to treat CBD as they do all other nutritional supplements. This is happening, and eventually it'll clear all of the hurdles.
