I always forget we don’t just inhibit the bad things CCR5 can do but we are an immune modulator. I guess I forgot it’s not as simple as say, just the one example of binding to the receptor and blocking the migration of say cancer cells that expressed CCR5.
There is a lot more to it. Once CCR5 works properly it does a lot more. This is why restoring the immune system is so important in this area and this is what Leronlimab does.
