I understand what you're saying but if it's true that the FDA has 30 days to respond then we can deduce that the paperwork was not filed (or worse, was filed and rejected but I doubt this) as of Christmas 2022. After the fiasco with the BLA it would just be nice to know what the challenge is that is taking so long to get the paperwork prepared.
