I don't know, I'm getting a little impatient. All we've done in the past year is either hire or fire people and we've received no good news outside of that. If the paperwork hasn't been filed to the FDA to lift the hold yet I'd like an explanation as to why. This has been an all hands on task for the 6 months that Cyrus has been here. What is the hold up? Unless the holdup is that we've fired everyone that's working on it...kinda hard to get something finished when we're doing that I guess.

I'd like some more information about us "defaulting" on the payments we were making to Nader's legal fight. I hope by default they just mean we stopped paying for them and not that we couldn't afford them.
