Old news is why company is broke with no revenue
New news is same news for the 3rd time in 27 months.
Canceling the RS COULD also mean bankruptcy protection time needing to restructure the company and its debt to get financing by giving away a 1/2 billion of convertible shares authorized by one person with no need for a vote.
You still "wondering" why the company had to cancel the RS?
