Notice in the last sentence that he states this is the "final step required for completion of the form 10-12(g)"
But he never states he is actually filing the form 10
Lol go back in his past blogs where he does the same thing.
He knows he's not filing it anytime soon and I doubt we will see it the first half of 2023...but let's see if by some miracle he actually does something for once.
