That's obvious with little to no reaction (other than pom-pom shaking) to a meaningless Reverse Split option waiver. And that's a good thing. Clown car parade ended 15 minutes after the nice attempt at a well-timed (9:35am market opening) 8-K release.

One could also argue, following the Reverse Split option waiver and based on last 10-Q, the company is closer to bankruptcy than getting any loan. And they'll be no warning (i.e. Sunday night tik tok kaboom or smiley face meme tweets) if and when that happens.
