Really, who wants a hypodermic needle to the knee, anyway? Put on a FDA cleared, drug-free, non-invasive, sensation-free (not TENS), portable, non-thermal, RecoveryRx (or Actipatch) pain relief device that is affordable and readily available.

Interesting post on the o.b. from Probity, Post# 306773 in reference to a buyout/merger. His(?) thoughts very much mirror my own. Methinks the negotiations are happening now. There are many ways to circumvent whatever people think are obstacles or structure a settlement that is profitable to all parties concerned, including shareholders, e.g. - share count, outstanding loans, etc. This is my OPINION and, as such, am NOT providing any evidence to support this view.
