Genesis up again today... Verb lost all the gains. Personally I think would have been better to hold off on the ATM.
Same thing happened over a year ago- we were trending up around two fifty and Rory dropped the ATM the day after the earnings call ad the stock dropped to a buck and straight down from there.
Should have waited until it stabilized in my opinion. Not sure if Rory makes these decisions on his own or with management and Board.
