Same thing was stated by Eric multiple times in 2022 in that thr form-10 was imminent. But obviously it really wasnt.

Now he's stating the form 10 WON'T be submitted until AFTER the 10k and his modification of the previous quarters lol so basically maybe this year we will get the form-10. But I don't think we will.

Regardless, form10 requirements are not dependent on OTC filings. Meaning, he's delaying the form 10 release and using the 10k and 10qs as an excuse.

But why is he doing that? Like I said a year ago, i don't think he has any intention of ever releasing a form-10.

Remember, last September Eric stated he submitted everything that needed to be completed for form-10. That was an obvious lie then as it is now.

He has zero credibility and he needs to be replaced as ceo. Maybe then SHs will get some value!!
