Nov. 14, 2022 - 10-Q confirmed 100% of Medrecycler LLC membership was pledged to the ceo until the company (1 and same person) paid back the ceo (himself) money wasted (by who?) on the project. The deadline was 12/31/22.
12/31/22 has come and gone. Medrecycler LLC looks to be in default with Nevada Secretary of State. The company's registered agent for State of Nevada business license has resigned as of 12/12/22.
Know what you don't own.
