Verb is one of several companies apparently on the list being manipulated and/or attacked.
Like the CEO of GNS expressions:

Current view: SEC Regulators are like librarians who follow the signs. Thief’s are predators using tried and true albeit nefarious tactics that obviate detection. Shhhh—“please be quiet”!
They use not one but multiple dark pools and other non-transparent venues-coupled with spoofing, naked shorting, wash trading, and other tactics.
Advanced surveillance capabilities using new technologies and machine learning algorithms to detect trading patterns and illegal activities are being developed and have and will deployed. However, the players are embedded in other companies, banks, institutions, and governments.
War is ongoing and inevitable.
