I don't have a subscription as it's too expensive for my purposes and use. If you are a lawyer and never had a subscription with them, they will probably give you a demo subscription for a month or so.
So, I have only read the headline you read, but here are my thoughts:
Hopefully, this is something that can be kicked out early on a motion to strike or demurrer.
Just from the headline sounds pretty straightforward what is claimed by NP, so just need to get someone to determine what the law is on the topic.
