The SEC is bureaucracy, much like the FBAR.
The SEC only wins about 60% of their cases when they go to trial, but they did cite EXPL’s potential to hit it big.
If EXPL was a P&D as you regurgitated for years (while SFRX issues BILLION$ and BILLION$ of shares, has dozens of promos, and finds ZERO treasure) I’m sure the SEC would have made additional charges.
They see potential, just like the ambulance chaser.
