One of the problems is trying to give everyday update.....

I spend half the time working on info gathering instead of working to fix problems. We need to go on a once a week schedule on info. This is too much energy spent on gathering the info and moving it up the line. I'll try to take calls but I'm gonna spend the majority of the time fixing the issues.
