NP: "complete" vs. "completed" he would argue
I revisit the following topic because I am open to anyone who can convince me that any statement from NP was misleading. Why? Because I am aware that cognative dissonance and bias are real and I am just making sure I am not suffering from these mental conditions.
1. when submitted to the FDA the BLA cover letter had written in red that it is understood that certain required sections where not included in the submission and FDA / Cytodyn/ Amarex understands that the submitted BLA could not be approved without those sections included.
2. If (1) is true, then we need only establish if stockholders were misled about this.
3. Make sure your english is good and you feel you clearly understand the difference between the words "complete" and "completed."
4. Stockholders, as I read, were informed that the BLA was submitted, as in "completed." Stockerholders, as I read, where never given the word "complete."
5. Goverment case filings and news reports substitute the word "completed" with the word "complete." In my possibly biased, cognative dissonant mind this is misinformation.
What say ye? Please provide evidence or rationale if you are making a counterclaim. If you are not giving evidence then understand you are giving your opinion, which is fine also.
