The Owing Mills address is Package Place, a Fedex authorized ship center and mail drop - he uses 'Suite 114' for the mailing address used on filings, but there are no suites there - that's the number of his drop box! Also on filings he states that this is the 'principal executive office' and 'principal place of business'.

All the addresses are obsolete, take HRI for example:

HRI MD address: 10 E. Baltimore St, and they purposely left out the suite number, which was (in filings) listed as Suite 1404. Same officer address as used by PPSI. The building has been up for sale for some time, Suite 1404 has been occupied by a company called MVS Vision for a number of years, they are an optician / ophthalmology specialist.

HRI PA address: 20 Erford Rd - again no suite number provided. Large commercial building across 3 floors, mainly occupied by small medical practices and allied services (dental / vision / therapists etc). I have even reached out to current leaseholders to see if HRI is listed as a current tenant, nope.

The officer address used by HRI is 1964 Deer Path Rd - is a small residential townhouse property owned by UNVC's accountant Blickstein (the one UNVC owes $11M) which was bought in 2004, looks like a personal home.

It's all smoke and mirrors, none of his companies are legitimate.
