Maybe I can be of some help here.
There is a poster fuja21 that is a long term investor and user of Actipatch.
Fuja21 has a close friend that is an approved military distributor vendor that is supplying I believe something to do with a security product but don’t quote me on that, fuja21 can give you more clarity on it.
Prior to Andy Whalen passing, fuja21 and his friend was in contact and in talks with Keith & Andy in distributing Actipatch to the military. I know fuja21 & friend were putting together a small carryon kit for testing purpose.
If I’m not mistaken that products can only deal with license approved military agreement distributors vendors only.
I will reach out to fuja21 to post this info and pictures.
