Try to deprogram yourself and then some media detox. Total abstinence might be a bad choice for you
I suggest u look into some awakening therapy. Might try a shroom camp sometime. I think a good therapist could get you enrolled in one to beat your self absorbtion addiction…. Anyway have a good day and don’t be so fearful. The plank ain’t so bad!
