I suggest that the blowback for a Biden pardon of Trump would be as bad for Biden as the one against Ford was for him.
It would be viewed as too lenient for the doc thefts and obstruction.
The weight of 2 impeachment acquittals and the 1/6 insurrection would also be too much for Dem voters to bear on top of a pardon and it would be taken out on Biden if he runs again and perhaps whichever Dem runs in his place.
