Actually, it was the Q4. And the Q4 means/does nothing for us. We're focused on the important stuff. Like the O & D Liability Insurance coverage that he said will be acquired in the next few weeks (say 3-4 weeks), AFTER the Form-10 is already filed. Therefore, the Form-10 can be filed 1 hour, 1 day or 1 week before that big announcement.
