No problem, it was fairly late last night when I read it and thought it needed posted on this board. I'm still suprised how some people just want to give Doc a pass. Sure investing in penny stocks carries risk and and if a person invested many years ago when this was dark, had little to no info, and lost money it's on that person, BUT when the CEO states we are uplisting in a certain time frame and also states filings then we uplist, amongst all his other statements, AND nothing come to fruition AND it turns out he had nothing and it was huge lie, then he needs held responsible. People should not simply move on.
