Only a fool would believe Doc hasn't sold stock.
That's why he fudges the filings.
There are so many discrepancies in the filings / accounts / shareholdings I'm shocked people haven't raised questions in the past.
If he was adhering to SEC guidelines he'd file when material events occur - changes in shareholdings, insider sales, retiring of debt notes, adjustments in assets, boards additions, acquisitions etc etc.
Form 4 requirements apply to both acquisitions and disbursements, isn't it strange he didn't file one when he acquired over a billion shares for $11,000 of debt? Or after he registered the Form 114 back in Oct 21 to sell almost 23 million shares? Or when UNVC issued 61 million shares to a toxic lender back in 21?
It will be interesting to see if he files a Form 5 within 45 days of the company's official financial year end.
