Re: Potential fraud by four former Generex insiders objecting to the Stalking Horse bid
Dear sir,
I’ve been reviewing the court documents relating to the bankruptcy and potential Stalking Horse bid of NuGenerex and Olaregen. I’ve written many articles in the past about Generex and Antigen Express. I’ve met and interviewed their executives and (when they were actually active) top scientists. AE aka NuGenerex hasn’t been active for a good 2 years. I sent you (see below) correspondence from Brian McGee, who was a BOD member a couple decades including the relevant time period, who dismissed the FOUR’s claims of ownership of an outlandish amount of shares. This didn’t happen.
And these Four, harmed GNBT shareholders with incompetent leadership, including trying to over pay for a company that months earlier was raided by the FBI. Of course, Terry Thompson didn’t disclose this to their shareholders, nor did CEO Joe Moscato.
In your capacity in this case, did you follow up with Brian? Did you interview Dr. Eric von Hofe? Perhaps their former attorney had done so. I hope you’ve completed that due diligence, as many of us watch these proceedings, and are dumbstruck that Purcell et all can claim outrageous ownership in great harm to true shareholders after we all witnessed their reckless failures.
Regard,
Rich Steffens
