Where your problem is. The US Treasury won't have to recognize anything that isn't under the US Umbrella. Been a lot of slicing and dicing since WWII.
Your problem with the 32 trillion is the DC Corp is in receivership bankruptcy to the US Treasury so it can be written off or re packaged ...
My guess Repackaged ...aka 32 million DWAC "Equity stake without taking a position" ...I still like $99,999.99 ...
