Cytodyn has a lot of baggage and bills but that wouldn't encumber a licensee at all and would be money for Cytodyn in a very unencumbered way.
Should the licensee do trials that prove Leronlimab's efficacy, Cytodyn could negotiate for that precious data for approval in the US and elsewhere for itself.
Seems like Win-Win to me!
