Yes… lucky 13 vote pulls the vote in favor of McCarthy. But at what expense?
One single legislator can call to dismiss the speaker. How effective is this and how long will McCarthy last… not long. What a joke the far right made of our government and the house led by new idiots. It’s like Jerry Springer daytime bull shit. The 20 players revel in it and enjoy stirring the pot. No couth or respect for the process. Sad days ahead for the next two years.
The republicans will effectively stop any bills and no action will happen. Time wasted and at what expense. What I see is a party on its way out. If the republicans let the 20 run rough shot over the rest of the party… the whole party will suffer in the next election. Writing is on the wall.
