Skyrocket posted on IFlub this morning that he intended to call HIMR and propose that they lock shares on the sale at a much higher price to prevent share price erosion from scalpers and flippers.  He claims a company can do this.  Perhaps this is what Jason is looking into with their attorneys?  I must admit, this does not sound legal, but it might be if stock prices are moving higher.  Driving a stock price down seems like a different matter, and certainly may not be legal.
