and some wonder the why the company and its stock is in the toilet. If you think ONLY letting shareholders know what the company chooses them to know is legal...you don't know the SEC social media regulations.

Tweets listed above are just examples of no cahonies by avoiding the big SEC regulated tweet promising a 2021 Q1 shareholders conference call.
This company is looking more and more like a scam as the weeks pass.
