I can file a case and watch it lose in a lower court and then file for our State Supreme Court and be denied because it has no merit and then file again in the Supreme Court of The United States and again denied because it has no merit. That is going to happen to these 3 cases you posted… denied denied and then denied again… why??? Because they are stupid and have no merit. Grandstanding and wasting the courts time even filing… but we all can… doesn’t mean the filing will get any traction and be heard.
