I would assume Amarex will be taken care of Q1.
I would agree to a partnership later down the line, about mid year (Q2) because I would be concentrated on the hold being lifted and rebranding.
This will build confidence to my shareholders, give the shorts a reason to cover and then have a nice share price well before December where no one would be able to sell off this stock at a loss.
