It sure seems like a quiet period has been upon us for the last month. I'd suspect an MOU in place if there is a deal in the works and maybe even a LOI. You surely wouldn't engage a big time company like Alantra if you were window shopping. For those that don't know, Alantra ranks amongst Top 5 independent advisors
