Great post Toodles.
It's difficult to determine if Doc has actually been trying and simply continues to fail or if it's simply been a pump and dump. There are convincing arguments for both sides.
You spoke to Bioremedies, seems Doc had something brewing with them and others, plus he's been successful amd seemed to have a good reputation.
On the other side, everything you point out plus all the lies and misleading statements. I don't see how a CEO can state we will uplist in Q1, filings then we uplist, and we will see positive results and not deliver and ANYTHING. He can't even five a positive result. It's utter incompetence or something more nefarious.
I'll sit on my shares basically because there's no volume to get out and FOMO...just in case Doc pulls a rabbit
