That could be one of the reasons for the Emergency Motion to Withdraw as
Attorney of Record for the four horsemen (Thompson/Purcell/Terrell/Crisci).
The hearing for this motion is tomorrow at 10:30 AM...
Also, the Trustee's Requests for Admission and Production were due on 12/30/2022...
I would hope that Thompson/Purcell/Terrell/Crisci would be looking at criminal charges if they don't produce documents and admit the truth or authenticity of the matters submitted for the objection to the stalking horse bid.
