Well said and in complete agreement.  I'll say it again "the squeaky wheel gets the grease".  IMO the reason TECO changed their IR department and changed the way they do some of their business is due to shareholder complaints.  Communications and status updates are much much better.  Oil production needs to follow once and for all.  W. Texas reworks have supposedly been their core business for years now and we have 25 BPD as last announced?  If TECO has years to continue down the same path as the last 2-3 years due to huge amounts of investor capitol waiting in the wings then so be it; I can wait for their eventual success.   If not that level of capitol backing then they can no longer take their time with this ongoing "trial and error" approach.  If Lee S's funding ideas of future capitol are based on TECO's near term performance then lets hope they hit a good one within a month or two.  The current PPS won't hold forever based on past timelines to BPD.   They need the level of funding that allows them to hire folks like Pistol and move projects along.  Maybe Warren is helping with that!   I also need to call IR and get updates on all the above.
