FWIW, no shareholders have been able to explain why SFRX would be allowed to violate state and federal law and disturb Spain’s cultural heritage.
SFRX has even modified their position. Kyle said, if we can’t ID the wreck how can Spain.
And I have correspondences from the FBAR saying they would need to get permission from Spain in order to disturb a Spanish wreck site.
Apparently they get that question quite often.
