Bull sent photos showing himself with two other shareholders in W. Texas.  One person had a long beard.  Brown was being perfed soon.  I've heard a well isn't perfed unless it can produce based on it's initial testing.  Then TECO has stated that they will wait 2-3 weeks for consistent flow rates before announcing which I completely agree with.  Questions to Bull:

Has the Brown well been perfed and if not then when?  What should be the timeline from perfing to a flow rate PR?  I assume we hear something in April but they have missed another deadline set in the Dec 18th PR.  I guess we can stop counting that 180 day countdown and start it over again or are we still within the 180 days?
