That said, you didn’t explain why you like their approach.

I think I have explained many times the issues I have.

First of all it’s the Concepcion has the wrong legal profile and by statute the FBAR can’t issue a Recovery Permit.

If you disagree then please cite chapter and verse why the Concepcion is exempted from the agreement stated in the Federal Register between the US and Spain. See below.

Also, have you ever read the Bureau reports?
