Drano made a comment about being surprised that there are not a lot of ambulance chaser class action lawsuits. That reminded me that to the best of my recollection there is a currently pending class action lawsuit that has been going on for quite some time. As I recall, it is out of Washington State. The allegations were exactly what the DOJ alleged in their recent complaint. But it was brought by a shareholder. As far as I know, that lawsuit is still pending. So perhaps, there are no new lawsuits because there is already the class action suit that is pending.
