Re: craigakess #132064
Kazem has a lot of dirty laundry he will fail to hide. He is going to get pressed. He will have to make a decision. Do I flip or do I bear all the guilt. When he is thrown a lesser sentence should he flip, he may do just that.
The SEC/DOJ will expose big time fraud which is worth billions. More than what I calculated a couple of days ago. It is not just botching a clinical trial. It is a multipronged collusive attack involving entities from Big Pharma, Big Media, Big Money and specifically Kazem and his control over Amarex owned by NSF.
Thank you DOJ for exposing that fraud. CytoDyn was the one disenfranchised and has the right to sue who Kazem reveals. It may not be in this Amarex arbitration, but if Kaz flips, CYDY shall pursue the larger guilty party using SA.
But in Amarex, SA proves safety and gross negligence. This gives SA the ability to request damages in excess of CytoDyn's costs. SA will call in a professional economic accountant to tally up and quantify all of CytoDyn's losses and they will be agreed to. I came up with over a billion.
NSF will choose to settle once and for all with CytoDyn rather than have to face another round of law suits that would arise if Kazem decides to flip and give away the larger party. CytoDyn would still be allowed to sue the larger party though, just not NSF.
