Maybe a buy out is not out of the question.  Coats state quite a while back that he wanted to get off the pink status and upgrade and after that pass leadership on to someone who could take it even futher (not exact words but the substance of what he was stating).  Being apparently strapped for cash, maybe the time is sooner than later and encoded into passing HTI on is the possibility of a buy out.
