I don’t think anyone would partner with a company with a DOJ investigation of the ceo. We did not know the DOJ investigation was specifically about the ceo until last week. Now we, and potential partners know that was what the DOJ was interested in. Everyone invested in this company has been wondering how there is no partners over all these years, this is one big reason. There likely were possible partners but they did there DD and did not want to do business with Nader.

Going forward, a partnership is possible and to think that the only way forward is cash from an arbitration is not true at all. It is more likely now.
