Just my 2 cents so take it or leave it. I have been pointing out to a few folks all month that Doc was being unusually quiet. It is the first Q end I can recall were he didn't have the pompoms out.

So I agree with you and I have been wondering the same thing. At first glance it sounds uncaring, but IMO he can spend the holidays as he wishes. But to use the words "quiet place", that's enough to raise my eyebrows.
