Regarding gastrointestinal disorders:
As someone who has been diagnosed and treated for SIBO by a gastroenterologist with rifaximin, nitazoxanide, diet and zinc supplementation, my experience is that gastrointestinal "problems", usually diarrhea, are almost a given anytime the intestinal microbiome is disrupted for the better and are an indication that the treatment is working.
My guess is that the immune modulating effects of leronlimab are promoting the elimination of bad gut bacteria as a beneficial side effect. Other drugs, like Losartan for high blood pressure, are also able to promote a healthier gut as a secondary MOA.
