As a kid we locked it but I'll be damned if I will ever drive in that. People have no clue at just how high the snow drift get and how quickly things happen off of Lake Erie. The Lake is one of the key events that set everything in motion. In late September we have our Concord grapes, the Snow/Grape capital. There is a 3 mile wide patch parallel from the edge of Lake Erie that produces the best Concord grapes. In the state where I live now every September I look for those grapes at Publix.... Memories galore!!!! Tom Sawyer's mouth would drop open if he followed me as a kid or an adult.
