We are beginning the process of surveying the market to form listing standards and rules for our national market system exchange. Once our national market system exchange is operational, we will use feedback from the marketplace to incorporate into new listing rules and standards. When will the Dream Exchange open?
The Dream Exchange electronic infrastructure is under construction. We expect to undergo the exchange licensing process beginning in the second quarter of 2023. Contingent upon approval from the Securities Exchange Commission, our plan is to become operational during 2023.
