This is a problem without a doubt. The coal trains come by my home on there way to Vancouver BC to be loaded on Ships and taken to China.we would allow a coal shipping terminal to be built in Washington State. We see 20 very long coal trains a day coming by our City. Just because we are not using coal here for power doesn’t mean that coal is not being mined and sent overseas.
China is also building more hydroelectric damns as the country grows by leaps and bounds. It is us and Europeans that have allowed China to grow in to the largest economy or soon will be. It is us in this country that has allowed China to pollute and not keep their promises of a clean environment.
So Energy Wack… what needs to be done? Is there a plan by the Republicans to curb the pollution or to just ignore it?
