Go to slide 59 and listen to Cyrus speak of differentiating the Leronlimab dosages combined with carboplatin in mTNBC. Yes, the different LL dosages combined, showed different result and I believe the 350mg did the best without double checking.
But Cyrus says, loosely, a few patients chose to opt out of Carboplatin. And interestingly, those patients experienced the biggest reduction in tumor size.
Forgive me if I’m misquoting. But listen to slide 59.
Also the n=1 SAE related to LL was gastrointestinal, which makes total sense. For instance, if you don’t have a CCR5 and you got a bunch of LL, what else would it do but act as a foreign protein. Might be shitty. But not deadly.
