You're forgetting the main point that was raised here by someone (Figgs?) earlier, which is that CYDY has not submitted strong evidence to the FDA of much of anything in a clear and concise manner, so anecdotal evidence is not exactly going to sway them right now.

Let's not slam the FDA for actually doing their job. They aren't in the business of intentionally hurting people.
