Your point about Lonza being an NSF guy is a good one, however, he had only been with them for 4 months. He spent over 6 years at Lachman Consulting and they have extensive experience with the FDA. I am still hopeful that he was given the authority to straighten out their mess, however, I'll admit there is a lot of wishful thinking in that.
